At 109, leadership is about serving people and helping the church grow in faith.
Our congregation is shepherded by elders who care for the spiritual health of the church and help guide its direction according to Scripture. Deacons and ministry leaders help lead specific areas of service, and a ministry team that support the daily work of teaching, care, and ministry.
Together they work to encourage the church, teach God’s Word, and help people take the next step in their faith.
Meet Our Shepherds/Elders
The elders at 109 serve as shepherds for the church family. Their responsibility is to care for the congregation, provide spiritual guidance, and help ensure that the church remains grounded in Scripture.
They pray for the church, help guide important decisions, and work to support the spiritual growth of the congregation.

The ministry team at 109 helps serve the church through teaching, care, counseling, and the support of many different ministries. Their work encourages spiritual growth and helps the congregation stay connected, cared for, and equipped to serve others.
