Counseling

Compassionate support for life’s difficult seasons and a way forward toward healing and hope.

A Way Forward

Life can bring seasons that feel overwhelming. Anxiety, grief, burnout, relationship struggles, and other challenges can make it difficult to know what the next step should be.

Through the Compassion Center at 109, we offer counseling services designed to help individuals and families find support, understanding, and a way forward.

The Compassion Center exists to walk alongside people through life’s hardest seasons by providing compassionate counseling, practical resources, and a supportive community. While counseling is the primary focus right now, the vision continues to grow as we expand the ways we care for people in our church family and throughout the surrounding community.

You can learn more about the broader vision of the Compassion Center here.

You Don’t Have to Walk Alone

Seeking counseling can feel like a big step, but it is often the beginning of healing and growth.

Counseling provides a safe and confidential space where individuals and families can talk openly, process difficult experiences, and receive guidance from someone who cares deeply about their well-being.

People seek counseling for many different reasons, including:

• anxiety and stress
• depression
• grief and loss
• trauma and recovery
• burnout
• life transitions
• relationship challenges
• parenting support

Counseling is available to both members of the 109 family and people throughout the surrounding community. You do not need to attend 109 to receive counseling here.

Our Counseling Team

Getting Started

If you are interested in counseling through the Compassion Center, the first step is simply to reach out.

You can begin by completing the counseling request form below. This allows us to learn a little about your situation and help connect you with the counselor who may be the best fit.

After submitting the form, someone from our team will follow up with you about scheduling and next steps.

Taking this step does not commit you to anything. It simply begins a conversation about how we may be able to support you.

Hope and Healing

Everyone faces seasons when life feels heavy. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness. It is often the first step toward healing.

Through the Compassion Center, our desire is to walk alongside people with compassion, understanding, and practical support as they move toward healing and hope.

Because everyone deserves a way forward.
